Meet the Therapist

About Me

Massage has been my favorite hobby since 2005, and I decided to make a business out of it in January, 2012. Angel's Hand Massage & Bodywork is 100% local in the Bloomington/Normal area, and an active contributor to local philanthropy efforts. In addition to massage, I also teach dancing and I am the Website Manager the Heartland Community College. Massage is a part-time business for me, and this works to your advantage because I don't upsell my services and I never get worn out from working on too many clients.

I fell in love with massage during an introductory class in 2005, and I've been using my skills to help my family and friends. I went to Lincoln College to pursue my passion in massage therapy, and in January, 2012, I opened Angel's Hand - Massage and Bodywork. I have really enjoyed developing my skills, giving back to my community, and helping people feel better with a little touch of heaven.

My Philosophy

Massage is usually viewed as a luxury or pampering, but some people think of it as a therapy to help you get better and stay healthy. I want it to be both. When I give massage, I want it to feel amazing while holistically dealing with your needs at the same time. Massages are a long-term investment in your health, and I will always strive to provide the best results with the least amount of discomfort.

I always treat each client uniquely because everyone has a unique body with unique needs. I constantly improve my massage skills and utilize new techniques to fill client needs, and I have had many great experiences providing a healing hand to my clients. My hope is that I can contribute to my community by improving the wellness and quality of life in everyone I touch.
